Dispensing control

The system includes built-in intermittent dispensing control with high-speed glue position compensation. In practice, this means the machine adjusts dispensing timing to compensate for line speed changes, which reduces adhesive accumulation at start and stop points and helps control stringing at higher cycle rates.

Energy behaviour

Automatic standby heat preservation on/off is included. During idle periods, the machine reduces heating rather than holding full working temperature indefinitely — a small but cumulative saving on a unit that may sit idle between batches.
