Product use:

Can be widely used in footwear industry, home textile industry, packaging box, wood industry, gift box, toy industry, leather, electronics, electrical appliances and other different manufacturing industry.

Product features:

1, the surface of the inner wall of the rubber cylinder adopts high winter Fluron coating to prevent carbonization, ensuring the best gum state to reduce hot melt rubber carbonization blockage;

2. Gear metering pump adopts frequency conversion speed regulation to accurately control the stable output of glue quantity;

3, multi-stage test precision filter device to remove impurities, prevent nozzle blockage (avoid wire drawing and glue drops);

4, the use of high precision temperature monitoring system (MCU control);

5, the control system has high and low temperature insulation function to prevent damage to the equipment;

6, the rubber cylinder is cast by alloy aluminum, with special design shape and the best heater installation position, to produce the most ideal heating aperture, can achieve the maximum sol effect in the shortest time and the least energy consumption;

7, the hot melt adhesive machine design is suitable for block, granular, strip hot melt adhesive of various shapes, can spray wire, mist, strip, spot and so on;

8, the hot melt glue machine melting speed, large pressure, stable and uniform glue;

9, the hot melt glue machine can be equipped with automatic glue gun and automatic glue spraying production line.
