Product Description: Hot melt adhesive dispensing valve modules are an indispensable part of modern precision manufacturing. They precisely heat and melt solid hot melt adhesive granules, then, driven by air pressure, spray the adhesive to designated locations with extremely high frequency and consistency. They are widely used in electronic packaging, automotive manufacturing, medical device assembly, and other fields.
Working Principle: The hot melt adhesive pneumatic dispensing valve module is a precision system integrating heating, control, and execution functions. Its core lies in utilizing the rapid response characteristics of air pressure to achieve precise control of high-viscosity hot melt adhesives.
Work Process: Heating and Melting: Solid hot melt adhesive is heated to a molten state in the valve body or a separate heating cylinder, transforming it into a flowable liquid.
The feeding device forces molten hot melt adhesive into the inlet pipe connected to the valve body's piston chamber.
The firing pin opens and closes: The solenoid valve receives a control signal and drives the cylinder to actuate. Compressed air pushes the firing pin upwards rapidly, opening the nozzle; after the signal stops, the spring causes the firing pin to instantly return to its original position and close, cutting off the adhesive flow.
Droplet formation: At the moment the firing pin closes, it squeezes the adhesive, causing it to be ejected at high speed from the nozzle, forming tiny droplets.
