Product features:
1. The overall design of the machine consists of two main parts: mechanical and electrical control systems. It has a reasonable structure, easy operation and maintenance, and an increased internal space, which provides sufficient heat dissipation space inside the electronic control box, greatly reducing damage to electronic components and power loss.
2. The connection between the gear pump and the motor adopts a universal joint connection, which is used to make the angle between the two ends of the transmission shaft equal, ensuring that the instantaneous angular velocity of the output shaft and the shaft in shaft is always equal, and ensuring the stability and uniformity of the glue machine during high-speed operation.
3. The melting tank is made of precision cast aluminum alloy and processed using precision machining technology. The surface is treated with deep penetration sintering of DuPont PTFE, which has the advantages of high coating strength and is not easy to peel off, reducing the phenomenon of carbonization of hot melt adhesive.
4. The host adopts high-precision reflux valves (reflux valve sensitivity ± 1 bar) with locking function to avoid damage to equipment or personnel safety caused by operational errors. The whole machine is designed with multiple layers of filtration to prevent PUR glue from becoming clogged due to expiration. PUR glue overpressure protection is used inside the melting tank to ensure stable and reliable operation of the system.
Note: The melting temperature of polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesive is lower than the operating temperature of general hot melt adhesives (170-260 ℃). It can be applied at low temperatures and can be used at 120-150 ℃. Save energy consumption, reduce the corrosiveness of the adhesive device, especially suitable for bonding heat sensitive materials such as plastics.
