In some applications, in order to speed up the drying process, the baking program is correspondingly increased. If the water-based adhesive is coated multiple times, it needs to be baked multiple times, which increases the process and occupies a large area of equipment, resulting in low production efficiency. At the same time, using water-based adhesive for coating bonding is prone to mold, and the product service life is not long. The mold of the water-based adhesive affects product quality. 2. In order to solve the problems of long drying time and easy mold growth of water-based adhesives, we use a roller coated hot melt adhesive. Hot melt adhesive is a non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly, and plastic adhesive. Its physical state changes with temperature within a certain temperature range, while its chemical properties remain unchanged. When using hot melt adhesive, it is necessary to heat the solid hot melt adhesive at room temperature to a certain degree to become a liquid adhesive that can flow and has a certain viscosity, apply it on the substrate, and then composite another substrate with the coated substrate. At present, the hot melt adhesive used mostly adopts the method of strip hot melt adhesive spraying, which uses a hot melt adhesive spray gun to spray into a spiral or strip shape. However, the biggest problem of hot melt adhesive spraying is that the spraying cannot be flat on the entire surface, and there is a relatively large gap in the middle of two or more layers of material bonding, resulting in poor overall flatness after bonding.
